This apartment is very nice, wide and comfortable. It consists of a room including the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc. and the living room (with TV, sofas, dining table, etc.). There is also one bathroom with shower and three bedrooms.

This room is nice and luminous. It has a double bed, a desk with chair, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Area’s description:

The apartment is located in the heart of Seville, in the center, in the south part. The city center has mainly small and quiet streets, with hardly any noise or cars passing by. At night, the area is noiseless. During the day, the area is lively, with all the shops open (El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, etc.), bars, restaurants, pubs, nightlife areas, cinemas… There are also supermarkets, monuments, historical buildings, gyms, buses and metro. Furthermore, the river is a short walk away, as well as Plaza de España, in María Luisa Park.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

• Internet and community: 30€ monthly per person
• Water and electricity: paid by invoice, according to the expenses and divided between all tenants.
• Deposit: two months.

Area’s description:

This apartment is located in the heart of Seville: in the centre, in its southern part to be exact. The centre has mostly small and quiet streets with little noise and movement of vehicles, so at night the silence reigns in them. Through the day, with all the open stores (El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, etc., etc.) and all these crowded bars and restaurants, the centre is full of life. All possible facilities can be found in the centre: a part from all kinds of stores, we find supermarkets, monuments, historical buildings, buses, pubs, restaurants, bars, gyms, cinemas, and party areas such as Alameda or Alfalfa… Furthermore, the river is within walking distance, as well as parks, like for example the María Luisa Park with the Plaza de España.

The price is referring to an estimated stay of 5 months for a single person. In case the applicant would like to lease in a different time period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.
