Apartment’s description:

This apartment is very luminous and wide. It consists of a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc.; a living-dining room with TV, sofas, dining table, etc. which has access to a big terrace; two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub; and three bedrooms.

Room’s description:

This double room is the biggest one. It is very wide and comfortable, with a big window facing the street. It has two single beds, air conditioning, a desk with chair, a big closet and shelves.

Area’s description:

This area of the city, Plaza de Armas is very peaceful, partly thanks to the river. It is close to key entertainment places of the city: Plaza de Armas shopping center (with stores, cinemas, bars, restaurants and supermarkets); some traditional food markets; the very lively part of the city where people hang out; and Plaza de Armas bus station. Furthermore, this area is close to monuments and essential places of Seville: The Triana bridge (actually called Bridge of Elizabeth II), the Calle Betis (a street next to the bridge), the Plaza de Toros (bull ring), the Museum of Fine Arts, the Maestranza Theatre, or The Torre del Oro (a tower built in the 13^th century). In conclusion, it is close to all important monuments of Seville. This neighborhood is very well connected, thanks to many bus lines. Furthermore, it’s only a 5-minute walk away from the neighborhood of Triana, Cartuja and the old city.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

• Internet, community and water: 30€ monthly per person.
• Electricity: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
• Deposit: two months.
