About us

Roommates Sevilla was born in 1998. After my studies and have worked in Holland and the USA, I was conscious of the difficulty of  finding an apartment in a completely new city. This chore is even more difficult if you don’t speak very well the language. So I wondered why not in Seville there was a helping service for search an accommodation like in other cities like New York, London, Paris, Berlin or Roma.

The housing of bedrooms in shared flat was something very unusual in Spain, so I studied the idea that this system will work in Seville, where the international community was growing very fast, like the movility for studies or work.

Following this method, Roommates was created as an accommodation system for bedrooms which give you more flexibility and calm, saving you the chore of looking for apartments and making comparison. Furthermore, we give you the opportunity to meet new people and share the different bill of electricity, water, gas and Internet.

This was the base of our enterprise, which has been increasing with the rent of apartments and flats so as for long periods like short ones, and housing in family too.

But in Roommate Seville we offer information about the city too, the transports, etc: spanish courses, flamenco courses; events of everything; and free time activities, sportives, culturals…

We are not just housing, we are much more.
