This apartment is wide and comfortable, with a lot of light and access to a terrace. It consists of a kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine…); a living room-dining room (with TV, sofas, dining table…); two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower); and four rooms.

Area’s description:

In Viapol, you can find some of the faculties of the University of Seville. Furthermore, there is a shopping center (Viapol Center). Nervión Plaza shopping center is also nearby, which has more shops, restaurants and a cinema. It is a great area with bars, clubs, supermarkets, gyms, metro, tram and bus station, etc. full of students and young people. The center is only a ten-minute walk away, although there are many transports like bike, metro, a bus or the tram.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

• Internet, community and water: 80€ monthly.
• Electricity: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
• Deposit: two months.
