Apartment’s description:

This apartment is quiet, wide and very nice. It consists of a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc.; a living-dining room with TV, sofas, dining table, etc.; one bathroom with bathtub; and two bedrooms, one of them with a single bed and the other one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a closet, a window and a writing desk. Furthermore, there is access to an inner patio.

Area’s description:

The apartment is located in the heart of Seville, in the center, in the south part. The city center has mainly small and quiet streets, with hardly any noise or cars passing by. At night, the area is noiseless. During the day, the area is lively, with all the shops open (El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, etc.), bars, restaurants, pubs, nightlife areas, cinemas… There are also supermarkets, monuments, historical buildings, gyms, buses and metro. Furthermore, the river is a short walk away, as well as Plaza de España, in María Luisa Park.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

• Internet, community and water: 50€ monthly.
• Electricity: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
• Deposit: two months.
