This apartment is very quiet and cozy. To enter you have to pass a large community patio which gives a lot of peace even though it is in a part of the city with a lot of life.
It consists of a living room (lounge) with sofa and TV and kitchenette (with microwave, dishwasher, hobs and refrigerator) and dining area; a bathroom with shower; and a room with two single beds.
It is a nice and cozy apartment.

Neighborhood description:

The apartment is located in Triana, one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Seville. It is next to the river and Plaza Altozano, next to a pedestrian area with many bars and restaurants. There are also supermarkets nearby. The historic center of the city is just a stone’s throw away (across the river). There are several bus lines nearby and also a metro stop.

The price corresponds to an estimated stay of 5 months for a single person. In case of a stay of a different period or as a couple, please ask for price information before booking.

Internet and community: €50 per month.
Electricity and water: by bill, depending on the expense incurred in the house.
Deposit: 2 months.
