This duplex is located in Seville city center. It is wide, beautiful and cozy. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, kitchen and a complete bathroom downstairs. Upstairs, there are two single beds with another complete bathroom. There is also a private terrace, quite big and luminous.

This apartment is in the heart of Seville, in the north part of the city center. The city center has mainly small and quiet streets, with hardly any noise or cars passing by. At night, the area is noiseless. During the day, the area is lively, with all the shops open (El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, etc.), bars, restaurants, pubs, nightlife areas, cinemas… There are also supermarkets, monuments, historical buildings, buses, gyms… Furthermore, the river is a short walk away, as well as the Plaza de Armas shopping center. The apartment is in Puerta Osario, a famous part of Seville where there are many bars, restaurants, shops…

The price is estimated for a 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant wants to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.
