This apartment is nice, quiet and comfortable. It consists of a living room with lounge and dinig area. There is an independent kitchen with a portable oven, stove and microwave. There is a wardrobe that divides the room into a lounge area and a bedroom area with a big bed and a bedside table. There is one bathroom with a shower. Also, there is access to a patio. The rooftop is accessible.

Area’s description:

This studio is in the heart of Seville, in the north part of the city center. It is very close to the famous Alameda de Hercules, a beautiful neighborhood and very lively. The city center has mainly small and quiet streets, with hardly any noise or cars passing by. At night, the area is noiseless. During the day, the area is lively, with all the shops open (El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, etc.), bars, restaurants, pubs, nightlife areas, cinemas… There are also supermarkets, monuments, historical buildings, gyms, buses and metro (proximity to Prado de San Sebastián). Furthermore, the river is a short walk away, as well as the Plaza de Armas shopping center.

The price is estimated for a 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant wants to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.
