It is just a few minutes walk from key places, both cultural and leisure: Calle Feria, the leisure and party area of ​​Alameda, La Cartuja, the cathedral and the Giralda, the Dueñas palace, La Macarena hospital, the river… In addition, (being located near Ronda de Capuchinos) it has many connections to means of transport, so it is easy to get to any place in the city. It is a quiet neighbourhood, although there is no shortage of representative bars and places to visit, such as the church of San Luis de los Franceses or the Palace of the Marquises of Algaba…
