Apartment’s description:

This apartment is comfortable and nice. It consists of a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc.; a living room with TV, sofas, dining table, etc.; one bathroom with bathtub; and three bedrooms. There is also a balcony.

Room’s description:

This room is wide and cozy. It has a double bed, a wardrobe, some shelves, a bedside table, a small chest of drawers and a desk with chair.

Area’s description:

This apartment is located in the heart of Seville, right next to Plaza de España, in María Luisa Park. It is five minutes away from Prado de San Sebastián, an area with many transport connections and just a ten-minute walk away from important places in Seville, like the city center, and, in the other way, Viapol. The city center has mainly small and quiet streets, with hardly any noise or cars passing by. At night, the area is noiseless. During the day, the area is lively. In Viapol, you can find some of the faculties of the University of Seville. Furthermore, there is a shopping center (Viapol Center). Nervión Plaza shopping center is also nearby, which has more shops, restaurants and a cinema.

In this area there are all kind of stores, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms, clubs, etc., and you can also find metro, tram and bus stations.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

• Gas: about 4,5€ per butane gas bottle.
• Internet, community and water: 30€ monthly per person.
• Electricity: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
• Deposit: two months.
