The apartment has been lovingly renovated recently and is very beautiful, it has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. It also has a balcony. It is in a student and family area. There are many shops and bars nearby and it is very close to the University of Seville (Faculty of Law, Marketing, etc.).
The area where it is located is called Plantinar / Juncal.

For this apartment we are looking for respectful, orderly and clean people.
It is very important that the apartment is taken care of and that there is a good relationship with the neighbors.
Parties in the apartment are totally prohibited.

This area of Seville is very famous for students. It is a residential area where many spanish students live. You can find many bars, pubs, restaurants and it is not far away from the university. Also it is very well conected by public transport.

The price is referring to an estimated stay of 5 months for a single person. In case the applicant would like to lease in a different time period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

– Internet and community: 35€ monthly per person.
– Electricity and water: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
– Deposit: two months.
