hab 30 – Arrayán

This room is in a beautiful, renovated apartment. The room has a single bed, wardrobe, and desk. 
It's very bright as it overlooks the building's patio. 

The apartment was recently renovated with great care and is very nice. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, 
a kitchen, and a living room (with air conditioning). 
There's also a patio where you can sit (for the exclusive use of the apartment). 
It's in a great location, right in the city center, near the famous Alameda de Hercules, Feria Street, and 
San Luis Street. It's a charming neighborhood with many small shops, bars, restaurants, museums, and markets. 
Public transportation is also nearby. 

We are looking for respectful, tidy, and clean people for this apartment. 
It's very important that you take care of the apartment and maintain good relationships with the neighbors. 
Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Internet, community fees, and water consumption: €40 per month per person.
