hab 31 – Arrayán

This room is in a beautiful, recently renovated apartment. It has a medium-sized bunk bed 
(approximately 120cm), a wardrobe, and a desk. The lower bunk is a single bed, which is currently being used 
as a sofa (with cushions, etc.). The room is bright and very cozy.

The apartment was recently renovated with great care and is very nice. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, 
a kitchen, and a living room (with air conditioning). There is also a patio where you can sit 
(for the exclusive use of the apartment). It's in a very good area, right in the city center, near the famous 
Alameda de Hercules, Feria Street, and San Luis Street. It's a charming neighborhood with many small shops, 
bars, restaurants, museums, and markets. Public transportation is also nearby.

We are looking for respectful, tidy, and clean people for this apartment.

It is very important that the apartment is well cared for and that you maintain good relationships with the 
neighbors.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Internet, community fees, and water consumption: €40 per month per person.
