This room is in a beautiful, recently renovated apartment. It has a double bed, wardrobe, and desk. 
It is also equipped with air conditioning. The room is bright and very cozy.

The apartment was recently and lovingly renovated and is very nice. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, 
a kitchen, and a living room (with air conditioning). There is also a patio where you can sit 
(private of the apartment). It's in a great location, right in the city center, near the famous 
Alameda de Hercules, Calle Feria, and Calle San Luis. The neighborhood has many small shops, bars, 
restaurants, museums, and markets. It's a charming area. Public transportation is also nearby.

We are looking for respectful, tidy, and clean people for this apartment. It is very important that the 
apartment is well cared for and that you maintain good relationships with the neighbors. Parties are strictly 
prohibited in the apartment.

Internet, community fees, and water consumption: €40 per month per person.
