This room is located in a spacious shared house (student residence style) in El Porvenir, one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the city. Its location is unbeatable: just a few minutes from the universities, very close to the city centre, next to the iconic María Luisa Park and within walking distance of Plaza de España. It is a peaceful, safe area with all the amenities you need for everyday living.

The property is a large, charming house divided into three independent entrances, all arranged around a beautiful interior courtyard decorated with plants, tables and chairs, making it the perfect place to relax or enjoy the pleasant weather. The house is accessed through a spacious private entrance with an intercom system, providing both privacy and security.

The room available for rent is located in Entrance 3, on the first floor. This section of the house has seven single bedrooms and one double bedroom (although the double room is not always occupied by two people). The two bedrooms on the first floor each have their own private bathroom, while the other floors have one shared bathroom per floor.

The room is furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and private bathroom. It is fully equipped to provide a comfortable stay for students. The room also has air conditioning, and its window overlooks the interior courtyard.

The house also offers spacious communal areas. In Entrance 1, there is a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen, both featuring large windows overlooking the interior courtyard, allowing plenty of natural light to flood in and creating a wonderful sense of space. There is also a small additional patio next to the kitchen, ideal for having breakfast or relaxing outdoors.

The house has a total of 13 bedrooms for students.

This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking to live in a spacious, welcoming and well-connected home in one of Seville’s most attractive neighborhoods.
