Apartment’s description:

This apartment is wide, luminous and very nice. It consists of a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, etc.; a living- dining room with TV, sofas, tables, etc.; one bathroom with shower, washing machine, etc.; and two bedrooms. One of them has two single beds, a nightstand, a desk, a shelf and a closet. The other one has a double bed, a bedside table and closet. The apartment has general air conditioning.

Room´s description:

This room is quite wide, cozy and lumionus. It has a double bed, two small cupboards, a desk, a small sofa and abig closet.

Area’s description:

The apartment is located in the heart of Seville, in the center, in the south part. The city center has mainly small and quiet streets, with hardly any noise or cars passing by. At night, the area is noiseless. During the day, the area is lively, with all the shops open (El Corte Inglés, Zara, Mango, etc.), bars, restaurants, pubs, nightlife areas, cinemas… There are also supermarkets, monuments, historical buildings, gyms, buses and metro. Furthermore, the river is a short walk away, as well as Plaza de España, in María Luisa Park. In adition, the area where Feria de Abril is placed (the famous fair) is really close!

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

• Internet, community and water: 30€ monthly per person.
• Electricity and gas: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
• Deposit: two months.
