This room is very nice and very luminous, with access to a balcony. It has a double bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe.

Area’s description:

This apartment is located in the neighborhood of Los Remedios, a quiet area next to the River Guadalquivir. However, this area is full of bars, pubs, restaurants, gyms and stores. It has supermarket, famous stores and boutiques nearby. It is next to the river, as well as the Parque de los Príncipes (a park which has lakes, lots of vegetation, sports tracks, etc.) and the famous Plaza de España, inside María Luisa Park. In addition, this apartment is next to Feria de Abril. It’s also a short walk away from Triana and the city center.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

Internet and community: 30€ monthly per person.
Electricity, gas and water: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
Deposit: two months.
