This apartment is luminous, comfortable and nice. It consists of a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc.; a living room with sofas, dining table, chairs, etc.; one bathroom with shower; and three bedrooms. The kitchen and the living room are connected through a breakfast bar.

This room is nice and cozy. It has a double bed, a closet and a desk with chair.

Area’s description:

The apartment is located in the area of La Macarena, an ancient neighborhood with a lot of history in the city center. It’s a short walk away from many key places: Calle Feria, the area of La Alameda (a party area, but there are many restaurants as well) the Cartuja, the Cathedral and the Giralda, Palacio de Dueñas, Macarena hospital, the river… Furthermore, it’s near Ronda Capuchinos, a place with many transports connections, making it an accessible area. Nonetheless, it’s a quiet neighborhood but with many bars and places of interest, such as San Luis de los Franceses church or a palace called Palacio de los Marqueses de la Algaba.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

Internet, community and water: 25€ monthly per person.
Electricity: paid by invoice, according to the expenses and divided between all tenants.
Security deposit: two months.
