It consists of a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc.; a living room with sofas, dining table, chairs, etc.; one bathroom with shower; and three bedrooms. The kitchen and living room are in the same room, but divided by a counter.

Room’s description:

This room is comfortable and luminous. It has a single bed, a closet and a writing desk with chair. It is quiet thanks to the window facing the patio.

Area’s description:

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of La Macarena, one of the most ancient in Seville, in the city center. It is very close to key places: Calle Feria, the nightlife area of la Alameda, Cartuja, the Cathedral and the Giralda, Palacio de Dueñas, Macarena hospital, the river… Furthermore, the apartment is close to Ronda de Capuchinos, with many transport ther connections, making it easy to go to any part of the city. It is a quiet area, although there still are representative places such as bars and monuments, like the San Luis de los Franceses church or the Marqueses de la Algaba palace…

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

Internet, community and water: 25€ monthly per person.
Electricity: is paid by invoice, according to the expenses and divided between all tenants.
Deposit: two months.
