This apartment is large and bright, it is a very cozy apartment. It consists of a kitchen (with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher…); a wide living room-dining room (with sofas, dining table…) with a terrace; two bathrooms (with shower); and four rooms.

This room is quite large and cozy. It has got a single bed,   furniture to save clothes; and a desk with chair.

Area’s description:

This area of Seville is full of life. It unites in its interior the area of the Nervión Plaza Shopping Centre, with cinemas, bars, restaurants, clubs, pubs, stores, supermarkets, metro station, etc., as well as the area of the Viapol Shopping centre, also with a lot of bars, supermarkets and pubs. Furthermore, in Viapol, some of the faculties of the University of Seville can be found, as well as parks, copy shops, clubs, etc. There is a metro station, a local train station and a tram station. There is also a metro station in Nervión, located in the area of the Seville Football Club Stadium. It is an area of atmosphere, with gyms, swimming pools, bars and clubs full of students and young people. The centre can be reached within 30 minutes walking distance, although you could always take the bike, metro, a bus or the tram.

The price is referring to an estimated stay of 5 months for a single person. In case the applicant would like to lease in a different time period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.

– Electricity and water: is paid by invoice, referring to the expense, which is realized in the house, divided through total of tenants.
– butain gas : aprox 5 Euros per month /person
– Deposit: two months.
