This neighborhood is very lively. You can find the shopping center Nervión Plaza, very famous, with cinemas, bars, restaurants, clubs, pubs, shops, supermarkets, a metro station (Nervión), etc. Likewise, there is another shopping center, Viapol Center, also with lots of bars, supermarkets and pubs. In Viapol there are some faculties os the University of Seville, as well as parks, libraries, stationery shops, clubs, etc. There is a metro stop nearby (San Bernardo), a train station, and a tram station, all of them in the same square.Behind Nervión Plaza, there is the stadium of Sevilla Fútbol Club. It is situated in a lively and juvenile area full of bars, clubs, but also gyms or swimming pools, full of students and young people. The city center is around 30-minute walk away, although there is always the possibility of riding a bike or taking the bus, tram or metro.

The price is equivalent to an estimated 5-month stay for a single person. In case the applicant would like to stay for a different period or as a couple, please consult prices before booking.
