room 41 – Sol Santuario

This room is located in a beautiful, partially renovated apartment. The room comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, and desk. It also has a ceiling fan, making hot summer nights more comfortable. The room gets plenty of natural light and is very comfortable, with a French balcony.

The apartment has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, hallway, and living room. It is located in a very good area, right in the city centre, close to the famous Alameda de Hércules, La Alfalfa, Calle Feria, and Calle San Luis. The neighbourhood has plenty of small local shops, bars, restaurants, museums, and markets, and has a lot of charm. Public transport is also nearby.

We are looking for respectful, tidy, and clean tenants. It is very important that the apartment is well looked after and that tenants maintain a good relationship with the neighbours. Parties are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Monthly costs:

• Internet and building maintenance: €35 per person/month.
• Electricity and water consumption: charged according to the actual household usage and divided among all tenants.
• Butane gas: based on consumption, to be organised and paid for among the tenants.

Security deposit: 2 months’ rent.

The rental price is based on a 5-month stay. The price may vary for shorter or longer stays.
