This apartment is located in a typical old Sevillian building with a patio (1st floor). It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a toilet, and a kitchen with a dining area. It is a spacious and comfortable apartment.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a single bed,  a desk, and a closet. Also there is a private bathroom in the room (ensuite) The bedroom window faces the kitchen (no direct fresh air).

Neighborhood: Located in the San Gil area, a typical Sevillian neighborhood very central with many small shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is very close to the famous Alameda de Hércules.

The price is for an estimated stay of 5 months for a single person. If the applicant wishes to stay for a different period or as a couple, please inquire before booking.
Internet, community fees: €25 per month per person.
Electricity and water: charged by bill, based on the amount spent at the property, divided by the total number of tenants.
Deposit: Two months
